Av Defteri, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı sıfır tolerans uygular. Platform yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara özeldir; kayıt sırasında yaş beyanı zorunludur ve 18 yaşından küçük olduğunu beyan eden kullanıcılar uygulamayı kullanamaz.

Tespit edilmesi halinde içerik kaldırılır ve ilgili hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılır.
Kullanıcılarımız uygulama içinden her içeriği ve her kullanıcıyı şikayet edebilir. Şikayetler moderasyon ekibimiz tarafından incelenir ve gerekli işlem uygulanır. Ayrıca kullanıcılar diğer kullanıcıları engelleyerek karşılıklı erişimi kısıtlayabilir.
CSAM tespiti halinde, ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası yetkili makamlara bildirim yapılır. Türkiye'de savcılık ve kolluk birimlerine; uluslararası düzeyde NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) gibi kuruluşlara bildirimde bulunulur. İlgili kayıtlar ve içerik, yasal süreçlerde kullanılmak üzere erişimi kısıtlı biçimde bildirim tarihinden itibaren bir yıl, yetkili makamın talebi varsa talep süresince saklanır; bu sürenin sonunda silinir.

5651 sayılı Kanunun ek 4 üncü maddesinin yedinci fıkrası uyarınca sosyal ağ sağlayıcılar, on beş yaşını doldurmamış çocuklara hizmet sunmamak için yaş doğrulama dâhil gerekli tedbirleri almak ve bu tedbirleri kendi internet sitelerinde yayınlamakla yükümlüdür. Av Defteri'nin bu kapsamda aldığı tedbirler şunlardır:
Av Defteri enforces a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The platform is restricted to users aged 18 and over, and age declaration is mandatory at registration.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited. Such content is removed and the responsible account is permanently terminated.
Users can report any content or user from within the app; reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Users may also block other users to restrict mutual access.
Where CSAM is identified, we report it to the relevant national and international authorities (prosecutors and law enforcement in Türkiye, and organisations such as NCMEC internationally) and retain the associated records and content, with restricted access, for use in legal proceedings for one year from the date of the report, or for as long as a competent authority requests; they are then deleted.
In line with Article 4/7 of Turkish Law No. 5651 (as amended by Law No. 7578, effective 1 November 2026), Av Defteri does not provide its service to anyone under 18, which is stricter than the statutory age of 15. Every user is asked for their year of birth before accessing any part of the app; the year is not stored, only the declaration and its time are recorded. Users whose year of birth makes them 18 this year also confirm by checkbox that they are at least 18. If the selected year shows the user is under 18, the account is locked, the declaration cannot be repeated with the same account, and the user can only delete the account immediately or sign out. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their data deleted. As the service is not offered to minors, no separate service for minors or parental control tools are provided; the platform has no paid transactions. Parents or guardians who believe an account belongs to a child under 18 can report it to info@avdefteri.com; the report is reviewed and, if the account is found to belong to a minor, it is closed and its data deleted.
